LION!!

So I bought this costume for Kaden Last year....but it was way too big. So I decided to keep it and have him wear it this year. Well a couple weeks ago I went and tried it on and him and of course It was very snug, esp with clothes under it. So I decided I really wanted him to be a lion so I would just order him a new LION Costume online! I paid way too much for it, but it was super cute! So I decided I wanted to go get his pictures taken at Target.

Now Kaden HATES getting his picture taken...lets just say his 2 year old pictures pretty much don't exist cuz he was so bad. So I begged my friend Jodi to come help me and I took a gamble. Well he was in a very happy mood so I got to Target and started to put on his Costume and I realized I had brought the smaller and definitely not as cute Lion costume! OF COURSE! I was like 20 Minutes from my house in Centerville so I couldn't just run home and get the right one! Plus Kaden was being so so so good! So we decided to take them and this is how they turned out! I think they are way cute! But if anyone wants to barrow a lion Costume I have two!

3 Amazing years! Happy Anniversary!

So September for us is a very special month. Most of our major life events together have happened in September. For example

September 10, 2005 Andy and I started Dating.
September 7, 2006 we were married!
September 4, 2007 Kaden was born!

So this last week was a huge week of reflection for us. I met Andy while working at Discover Card. We were pretty much set up. I can remember the amazing feelings I had when I was with him, even from our first date. I am so thankful for the amazing man he is!









So to celebrate, we went to Carrabbas! One of our most favorite places to eat!

Happy Birthday Kaden!

It's been 2 years since our little Kaden was born! He was born on Sept 4 2007 via C-section! He is such a blessing to Andy and I! I can't imagine life without him!

We had a blast for Kaden's 2nd Birthday! We took him and some of his friends to MY GYM for a Birthday party! He played, ate cake, opened tons of gifts, and had a blast!







The fallowing week we took him to Chucky Cheese! We wanted to go and do something with just Kaden, Mommy & Daddy! He loves all of the cool cars he can ride on! He also loves the tokens and pushing them in each and every ride!

This Last week Andy & I went to Vegas to Celebrate our 3rd Anniversary and my 23rd Birthday! Here are some pics of our wonderful trip!

MY FAVORITE NIGHT WAS TUESDAY NIGHT! WE WENT TO SEE "PHANTOM OF THE OPERA" EVEN MORE AMAZING THAN THE LION KING IF THATS POSSIBLE...FALLOWING THE SHOW WE WENT TO THE PARIS HOTEL FOR DINNER, WHERE WE ATE SOME AMZING FRENCH FOOD! MY FAVORITE!









GRANDMA AND GRANDPA BARKER WERE KIND ENOUGH TO TAKE KADEN FOR A FEW DAYS HE HAD A BLAST WITH THEM! HE DIDN'T REALLY WANT TO EVEN LEAVE!





BUT I MISSED HIM AND WAS GLAD TO BE BACK!

Fourth of July & Lagoon!

For the 4th of July we went to my Aunt Bonnie's for a BBQ and some family swimming fun! It was also a farewell party since my Cousin Marci and her cute family were moving to Iowa! Makayla is only a few months younger than Kaden and they will be very missed!

The fallowing day we took Kaden to Lagoon! He loved it! His favorite ride was Bulgy the Whale! Which was also my favorite as a little girl!
While at Lagoon My Dad, My sister Kami, and I rode the sky coaster! I don't have any pics yet but it was a BLAST!

Camping!

So here are a few pics of our Camping trip this last month. We had a blast...minus the rain...but that's to be expected..esp when it rains at home all week too!


Kaden had a blast with his cousin "Kayla" and we had a blast with the fam!





Clearly Kaden didn't want to be near me, it's probably cuz I needed a shower and some make-up!

We rode the 4-wheelers while we were up there and had some pretty cool views!

This was our last camping trip with our 12 year old dog, Sheba. We will miss her! She was an amazing dog, and part of our family! She was put to sleep
Tuesday June 23rd on her Birthday!

New Hair cut, New shoes what more could one want!

So my cute husband bought me a NEW camera for Mothers day! Yay! Since my curious little boy broke my old one in Disneyland, I haven't had one for over a month! Which for me is a huge problem since my Camera goes everywhere I do! So here are a few pics of Kaden, getting his hair cut and trying on my shoes. Both things he really does love to do!
