Family Pictures!

Well we decided to do Family/Maternity Pictures....not because I love looking at them right now....but because one day I will be so glad I have them! I didn't really take any pictures when I was pregnant with Kaden and I regret it now! So my friend Michelle took some great pictures for us...!

Not the best at blogging.....But here is Lately!

We have been doing a LOT of fun things this Spring/Summer! So many infact it eats up my internet time! I just don't have a lot of time to sit down and update my family and friends even though it is requested! So here is a little update about us lately! We had a 3D ultrasound done about a week or so ago! It was really fun to see there is a healthy little baby girl growning inside of my huge self! Since I don't update about my pregnancy often...Here are a few pics..... Its crazy to think she will be here in Just 10 short weeks! We also have been working on a star wars room for Kaden....this is in the beginning stages..... Working on the Nursery for the baby....... Flying Kites with Dad........ Swimming Lessons.... Playing with Grandpa's Baby Chickens........... Andy's work gave us some rock'in tickets to Toy Story on Ice.... Finished up 1st year of Soccer- He learned to love it after some encouragement. One thing I am learning about him is he isn't really aggressive...AT ALL. Infact in the beginning he would be sad that kids were pushing him and taking the ball away from him! But after two seasons he got a bit more into it! And for being the baby of the team....he did really well! He even scored a Goal! For the other team that is...but whos counting he's 4! He was excited that his Uncle Matt made it back from his mission for one of his Last games.... Oh Yes and Elder Matt Martin Returned home From the Scotland/Ireland Mission..... And of course Preschool Graduation! He did wonderful with his first Year of Preschool thanks to a great teacher Ms. Michelle! He misses school and can't wait to start up again this fall! He loves lately to write his letters and color! You think I would have to encourage him but he loves to read....write...and draw! He definitaly is just like his Daddy! We also got a Yearly pass to the Zoo and our first Visit was with Kaden's Cousin-ish Luke.. Just this last week we went to St.George with Andy's parents to see Aladdin at Tuachan! We had a blast....< Thanks for checking in! We are headed camping and to the lake tomorrow....so based on my history I will probably post those pis by Christmas! :)

Oh Baby.....!

Very Excited to Share!

We are so excited to share that we are expecting a baby In September! We found out shortly after Christmas that we were pregnant...very unexpectedly! I am thrilled, nervous and ready all wrapped up into one huge and wonderful emotion! I can't express the feeling of gratefulness I have for all of my family and sweet friends that are by my side...and such a calming influence in my life! We just had our 12 week check-up today and we are doing and feeling just great! I have a c-section scheduled for September 10Th...which is kinda weird to already know this babies birthday...considering I don't even know Boy or Girl yet!

Lots of people have asked "how have you been? Sick?" The answer.. Yes! But every morning I woke up throwing up for hours on end....I would get down on my knees and Thank my Heavenly Father for the Healthy little baby inside! Its amazing in times like this to see your true friends and those who love you, come and lend support and prayers. I will always remember the week we found out we were pregnant. I told a few select friends and family members. I remember as I called and told them of our news, the tears that were shed and the promise from them to keep us in their prayers. Most of them found out the Saturday before fast Sunday in January...and held a fast for us and the sweet baby we hoped to have.

I can't say that even at 12 weeks we are all in the clear, and everything is going to be okay. But after 5 miscarriages I do have some hope that this little baby will come when he/she is suppose to. I can't say enough how thankful I am for family and friends that support when times are hard, and pray for times to be better. So thanks to you, and the faith you have shared, we continue to have hope!

First Airplane Ride! Portland!

So....Kaden and I were lucky enough to get to spend some time with Andy a few weeks ago on a business trip to Portland Oregon! Can I say Beautiful! It was amazing! We picked a great time of year to go....the weather was wonderful and the leaves were changing! It was so fun to have a little Mommy-Kaden time on our way there...and then meet up with Daddy! This was Kaden's first Airplane ride...I know he is only 4...but he loved it!


One of our firsts stops was at the beach where Kaden chased around Thousands of Seagulls! No...none of them pooped on his head! The beach was so calm and relaxing! Beautiful!






Next we hit up the Tillamook cheese factory! Ate lots of cheese...and some ice cream!





Next was the Zoo! Kaden's favorite part! The zoo was really great. Because Portland is so green the zoo felt like a huge forest!











And Of course the Childrens Museum! They had a Huge LEGO attraction...we couldn't miss it!



Daddy loved the Legos too!


They had a fun little water works area!




They had a fun little play shopping area...

And of course a station to get messy....





We had so much fun...and when I got home I found out we have a Museum like this in Salt lake! I had no idea!




And with it being Thanksgiving....I guess I should say...I am very very Thankful for these two boys!
